CANCELLATION POLICY 

At I Am Eternally Fit, we require clients to attend all pre-scheduled training sessions. 

If a client cannot make their pre-scheduled session, they are required to notify their assigned trainer 24-48 hours prior to the session. This will result in a cancellation of the session and there will be No Refunds for the session. 

In the event of an emergency and a client cannot attend their session, clients are required to contact their assigned trainer as soon as possible. This will be a cancellation of the session and there is No Refund for that session. It will be at the discretion of the assigned trainer to allow the client to reschedule/makeup that cancelled session. 

If a client does not show or notify their assigned trainer that they will not be attending their scheduled session, it will be a cancelled session and there is No Refund or make up for that session. If a client does not show for their session a second time without notifying their assigned trainer this will result in a cancellation of all future training sessions and there will be No Refund or make up session. 

If a client would like to cancel their membership, they will be required to provide the administrative office with a written cancellation request via email at iameternallyfit@gmail.com. There will be No Refunds for cancellation of a client’s membership. 

PAYMENT POLICY 

Training sessions can be purchased by single session, group session (minimum 2 persons, maximum 12 persons) and Individual Training Packages. Full payment is required in advance prior to services being rendered and there will be No Refunds. In the event of unforeseen/emergency circumstances, consideration to reschedule a session will be at the discretion of Management and/or the assigned trainer. Juices and food

preparation is an additional cost and full payment by cash or e-transfer that includes tax will be required prior to the preparation of the juices and food.
